In ACCAN's submission to the latest NBN Joint Parliamentary Committee hearings, we outline ACCAN's engagement with NBN Co to date and challenges that may arise around the NBN rollout.

Summary: The quarterly consumer reference group proposed by ACCAN has been adopted by NBN Co. Some of the other consumer-related issues covered in this submission relate to backup batteries, in-home equipment and tenants' right to consent to NBN installation.
